i think somewhere in needleminder alex should be shown a "Needleminder Body Count" (he becomes briefly aware of the story he's in) but instead of being related to the story itself, it's a number of how many people died of aging-related health conditions over the course of the main cast attempting to leave. I want to give him anxiety

He already has anxiety but this is a really good idea. Even funnier if I make it proportionate to the amount of time it has taken me to make the story to that point IRL. I think it would fit in on Floor 3 which is the closest we get to the ending before the concept of space/time gets blown up for the rest of the story
