A new build has appeared in Nariko!

Nobody seems to have seen it get built, is the thing... it seems to have just manifested overnight. The Mayor is taking credit for it, though.

The real question is, why is it in a hole? The Mayor promises major terraforming, soon, "once he's cleaned out all that lava". Uh oh.
