My parents went out to my nephew's super special baseball game but I detest sitting still watching sports. So I stayed home and made something they wouldn't like. Shrimp tacos! The shrimp were a touch too spicy, but the sauce helped bring them back to palatable. I suppose if I had the cojita cheese it would have helped too.

Breakfast, second omelette ever. This one has asparagus and green onion in it. Really nice! I somehow also toasted the toast perfectly diner-style.
